Zest Commerce provides digital services — ecommerce account management, cataloging, advertising, and growth services for marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. Because our services are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is involved.
How delivery works
- Onboarding — after payment confirmation, our team contacts you within 1 business day on your registered email or phone number to begin onboarding.
- Service commencement — active work on your account typically begins within 2–3 business days of receiving the required access and documents from you.
- Ongoing delivery — services are delivered continuously over the agreed engagement period, with progress updates shared regularly.
- Reports — performance summaries are shared at agreed intervals (weekly or monthly depending on your plan).
Your responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing marketplace access, product information, brand assets, and approvals when requested. Delays in providing these may extend timelines proportionately.
Payment confirmation
Payments made through our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) are confirmed automatically and you receive an email receipt. If you paid but did not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us immediately.
